Web Strategy Consultation
As a 9 year veteran of web-based client services, software marketing and brand strategy, Kurt Sorensen, leads web consultation efforts. All new engagements start strategic plan that will speak directly to the needs of the organization. Proposed actions will be based on a return on investment (ROI) to ensure the business has all information needed to make an educated decision on next steps. Background includes spearheading website and product launches with Citibank, Research In Motion (RIM), Lehman Brothers and Walmart along with many other forture 100 companies.
Building Operations
The core competency and primary business is focused on building operations. Strict adherence to the maintenance schedule will ensure the facility is in top operational conditions. Regular reports will be provided to management around number, type, and resolution time of issues. Quarterly business reviews are also to be scheduled to review performance and tenant satisfaction levels.
Facility Consultation
All new engagements start with a consultation phase. This time is spent surveying the property, reviewing documents and research. The consultation will provide, at the conclusion, a summary document that contains the results of the review, proposed maintenance schedule, identified capital improvements for the next 2 years and estimates for building operations.
If, for any reason, Buena Vista Engineering is not to operate the facility, a regular follow-up schedule can be maintained to audit and report on the performance of the adherence to the maintenance schedule.
